Our mobile food ordering app is looking to develop an animated video about our services. We are looking for a group of students to assist us in the script development, storyboard, scene creation, and animation of this video.We envision this project to include but not be limited to the creation of a fun and engaging 1-3 minute animation about our services and product functionality that is consistent with our brand guidelines and communication strategyThis video will be displayed on our social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter etc.)

Lean Startup Business Strategy Development

We want to simplify our go-to-market strategy to make our business model more “lean” and reactive to customer feedback. The focus of this project is to identify the root problems that are increasing time and cost allocations across our operations and suggesting actionable solutions. Students should focus on:Mapping our operational processes.Identifying bottlenecks in our systems.Recommending improvements to optimize our organization.

To address this, we would like to add a real-time chat function to our existing application.We would like students to focus on:Selecting the best technologies for creating a real-time application.Creating a general chat application which can be easily extended with new features in the future.
