The main objective is to set up and optimize ARHT's marketing dashboarding and reporting systems, standardizing our reporting structure to deliver clear, insightful reports to senior leadership. Participants in this project will gain hands-on experience with leading marketing platforms such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. They will report on various digital marketing areas, including: Website Traffic and Performance : Analyzing visitor metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates. SEO Performance : Tracking keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and organic search traffic. Social Media Engagement : Measuring likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement across social media platforms. Email Marketing : Evaluating open rates, click-through rates, and overall email campaign performance. Paid Advertising : Assessing the effectiveness of PPC campaigns, ad spend, and ROI. The goal of this project is to analyze our current suppliers for equipment, and make suggestions for improvement. We need to source different suppliers for our equipment based on the region the equipment is going to, and often the best supplier for North America isn't available in other regions. We would also like to get a risk analysis of our current suppliers to ensure we are able to prepare accordingly. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching current suppliers and their locations. - Analyzing the quality and cost of the products from each supplier. - Identifying potential alternative suppliers in different regions. - Assessing the risk associated with each supplier. - Making recommendations for improvement.
