The main objective is to set up and optimize ARHT's marketing dashboarding and reporting systems, standardizing our reporting structure to deliver clear, insightful reports to senior leadership.
Participants in this project will gain hands-on experience with leading marketing platforms such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. They will report on various digital marketing areas, including:
- Website Traffic and Performance: Analyzing visitor metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- SEO Performance: Tracking keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and organic search traffic.
- Social Media Engagement: Measuring likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement across social media platforms.
- Email Marketing: Evaluating open rates, click-through rates, and overall email campaign performance.
- Paid Advertising: Assessing the effectiveness of PPC campaigns, ad spend, and ROI.
- Lead Generation: Tracking the number and quality of leads generated through various channels.
By the end of the project, participants will have:
- Set up and customized dashboards to track key marketing metrics.
- Standardized reporting structures for both Marketing and Executive Leadership.
- Collaborated with the marketing team to identify essential data points.
- Analyzed data from various platforms to provide actionable insights.
- Developed a comprehensive reporting framework.

- Regular Check-Ins and Feedback: Stay on track with regular check-ins and feedback sessions to discuss progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. Sessions can be conducted online or, for those based in Toronto, in person.
