We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:What is our position in the market provide a market analysis?How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company?What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using?What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals?How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?

Together with our marketing team, we would like for you to design new promotional material for an the market where we are currently conducting business. The main goal for the project is to assist Preeminent Management Ltd. in researching and applying for grants that will benefit their small business clients. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Researching available grants for small businesses.- Analyzing the eligibility criteria and application requirements for each grant.- Assisting in the preparation of grant applications, including writing proposals and gathering necessary documentation.- Ensuring that all grant applications are submitted by the deadlines.

This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Wordpress, and Zoho Commerce.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
