Number of individual students required: Flexible We are looking to facilitate employee engagement surveys and stay interviews for the purpose of exploring what our team members find valuable and identify successful retention strategies. This project will include: Development of Employee Stay Interviews Development of Employee Exit Interviews We will give you access to organizational documents to support this project such as past initiatives and templates. Objective We hope to achieve a greater understanding of employee values in the hopes of implementing programs and initiatives that garner employee engagement and retention.

Job Description Alignment
Number of individual students required: 1 - 2 Students With several locations across the Country employing many of the same roles/positions, we are working towards aligning all of our Job Descriptions Company-wide. This project will include: Review of our current Job Descriptions at each facility Re-formatting of Job Descriptions to ensure consistency Editing of Job Descriptions for spelling, punctuation, and grammar Summary of all jobs at each facility We will give you access to organizational documents to support this project such as current job descriptions and desired formatting/templates. Objective We hope to achieve Job Description alignment and accuracy Company-wide to support recruitment initiatives, strategic planning, and onboarding.
