We are looking to facilitate employee engagement surveys and stay interviews for the purpose of exploring what our team members find valuable and identify successful retention strategies.
This project will include:
- Development of Employee Stay Interviews
- Development of Employee Exit Interviews
We will give you access to organizational documents to support this project such as past initiatives and templates.
Objective
We hope to achieve a greater understanding of employee values in the hopes of implementing programs and initiatives that garner employee engagement and retention.
- Create an stay interview
- Create an exit interview
The student(s) will have direct communication with the HR Manager based out of our Calgary, Alberta facility, Sparks Eggs. Communication is available via phone, email, and Zoom.
The project will be given a deadline for completion with regular touch point discussions to review progress and address any questions that may arise.
