Clean Air Council Expansion Project

The main goal for the project is to expand the Clean Air Council beyond southern Ontario to become the largest municipal climate action network in Canada. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:- Researching the current state of municipal climate action networks in Canada.- Developing a strategic plan for expansion, including identifying target regions and key stakeholders.- Creating a marketing and outreach strategy to engage new municipalities and organizations.- Establishing partnerships and collaborations with existing climate action networks.- Implementing a communication plan to raise awareness and attract new members to the expanded Clean Air Council.
