Real Adulting 101 Content Generation Project
The goal of this project is to create user generated content (videos + posts) around Real Adulting 101 products to build brand and product awareness. Students will pick programs and products that they’re passionate about and will go through the entire process: idea generation, filming, editing, posting.
Commercial Roster Development
The main goal of this project is to help in the development of our commercial roster including research, outreach, interviewing and onboarding of new clients. The goal is to create a more diverse roster to help fill in the areas of our roster that we're missing and to ensure those clients know how to properly audition and navigate the commercial world.

Client Database Development
The goal of this project is to properly organize all talent client's information in a productive manner that allows us to filter and search based on different attributes, characteristics and locations. This will include developing a Google spreadsheet, as well as organizing supporting documents into a clear google folder system.
Community Self Tape Competition
The main objective is to assist in organizing a special event for our clients and the community to bring awareness to our program and helping our clients develop greater skills in putting together great self tapes. Clients will have coaching on preparing and filming self tape auditions that will be judged by qualified people from the arts community.
Voice Over Client Profiling and Matching System
Spotlight Talent Agency aims to enhance its Voice Over services by developing a more refined system for profiling clients and matching them with suitable projects. The current challenge is the lack of detailed client profiles, which limits the agency's ability to align client skills with specific Voice Over opportunities. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive database that captures detailed information about clients' skills, experiences, and preferences. By doing so, the agency can improve its matching process, ensuring clients are paired with projects that best suit their talents. This project will involve researching best practices in client profiling, designing a user-friendly database, and developing a matching algorithm. The outcome will be a streamlined process that enhances client satisfaction and project success rates.
