Goals: Build a scalable, flexible backend system to support AI-driven services and user activities. Design a clean, intuitive interface that helps users take action quickly and effectively. Plan seamless integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio) to extend platform functionality. Prepare the system for a dual monetization model (subscription + pay-per-use). Ensure the platform is secure, extensible, and easy to maintain. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
