Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity to provide administrative and other supports to the Founder of StrongerU Senior Fitness. Students will have the opportunity to work on multiple tasks/projects, which may include, but is not limited to: Management Small business start-up and management / operations management / business analysis / quality control and management / strategic planning Marketing & Communications Campaigns / public relations / advertising / brand development / market research / social media / data collection and collation / customer surveys / competitor analysis Project Management Process modelling and mapping / process improvement / implementation plan development / information flow and retrieval / business analysis / quality control and management Event Management Preparation and planning / communication / on-the-day assistance / post event feedback and surveys We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Email and Microsoft Teams. PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: EduTutor is a social venture that provides affordable and quality tutoring to students. Tutoring has become quite expensive and our goal is to be another option for students who are seeking extra help. We are looking for a group of students who can help us make our online tutoring more efficient, determine issues that may arise and finding solutions to the potential issues. Students will participate in the tutoring sessions. KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET: Examine current online teaching techniques to apply to EduTutor Determine the best effective methods to teach concepts online to students Implement and try techniques online with students to determiner effectiveness IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* Please note appropriate projects can accommodate most students, regardless of field of study or experience. Social Justice Assessment

We are looking for a Social Justice Assessor who will work with our team to advance equity and justice within our organization. The intern will have the opportunity to assess our company which covers our website, products, and services, as well as work on initiatives to create positive change for Magnify Access. Our intention is to ensure our company stands against the following social justice issues: Racism and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and other identity factors Income inequality and lack of access to economic opportunity Inadequate access to education, healthcare, and other necessities The disproportionate impact of environmental harm on marginalized communities Gender inequality and discrimination against women and non-binary individuals Discrimination and mistreatment of people with disabilities. The end result of your internship would be to produce clear guidelines/direction on how to ensure our company has addressed issues related to social justice internally and externally, captured in a document the company can use to remediate these issues.
