Jacqueline Ohm, Managing Editor for Earth Common Journal, Volume 8, Issue 1, has been excellent in completing this project. Her strong management skills in working with the Student Editorial Board of three Editors has been exemplary. Her teamwork skills are outstanding. As part of her role, she has scheduled regular editorial meetings with the editors, assigned to the editors the accepted articles that are being published, and worked collaboratively with the editors to ensure that the articles are publication ready. As well, she has developed and designed the website for Earth Common Journal, which is highly creative, intuitive, and informative. Jacqueline's work has been excellent, overall.
