Building Black Youth Foundation's IT Policy Framework Development Project

Project 2 Team size - 10 students or flexible Project time length: 7 weeks approx. Project weekly schedule: TBD Project daily schedule: TBD, 45 min- 1hr meeting will take place once per week. Dates TBD. Scope Students will assist the Building Black Youth Foundation to create an IT framework with Policies and Guidelines to manage the IT infrastructure of our platform. SKILLS : communication, resiliency, teamwork, analytical capabilities, research, design. Project Goals/Deliverables: 1. Create two to three IT basic policies required to administer the IT infrastructure and systems for the Black Youth Foundation. Team Organization One team of 5 people to complete the deliverable stated above, the team will have a Project Manager who will connect with BBYF's Project Manager.
