ParentConnect MVP Mobile App
The goal of this project is to develop a cross-platform mobile MVP of Go Together’s parent-facing carpool platform using FlutterFlow , enabling quick user registration, trip creation, and matching functionality. The application will allow parents and caregivers to create school transportation trips, match with others nearby, and receive notifications—all within a clean and intuitive mobile experience. A key feature is integrating language translation to cater to a diverse user base, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. While the primary focus is on these core functionalities, there is an opportunity to incorporate AI-powered matching, similar to Go Together's existing web application, as a bonus feature. This project allows learners to apply their knowledge of mobile app development, user interface design, and basic AI integration. By the end of the project, learners will have contributed to building a usable, testable MVP that supports Go Together’s go-to-market strategy and real-world pilots.

Self-Service Admin Portal Development for K-12 Transportation
Go Together, Inc. aims to enhance its K-12 Transportation Platform by developing a self-service administrative portal. The current system requires significant manual intervention, which can be time-consuming and inefficient for school and district customers. By creating a user-friendly portal, the project seeks to empower these customers to independently manage key administrative tasks such as scheduling, route management, and user permissions. This will not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance the overall customer experience by providing more control and flexibility. The project will involve integrating the new portal into Go Together’s existing web application, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. The team will focus on creating an intuitive interface that aligns with the needs of school administrators, making it easy to navigate and use.

ParentConnect MVP Web App
TThe objective of this capstone project is to design, build, and launch a web-based MVP that enables parents and caregivers to plan, schedule, and match school trips with other families. Built using a no-code or low-code platform (e.g., FlutterFlow, WeWeb, or Bubble), the MVP will deliver a responsive experience across desktop and mobile browsers and serve as a foundation for Go Together’s user adoption strategy. A key feature is integrating language translation to cater to a diverse user base, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. While the primary focus is on these core functionalities, there is an opportunity to incorporate AI-powered matching, similar to Go Together's existing web application, as a bonus feature as well as AI-powered trip matching. This project allows learners to apply their knowledge of web app development, user interface design, and basic AI integration. By the end of the project, learners will have contributed to building a usable, testable MVP that supports Go Together’s go-to-market strategy and real-world pilots.

Developing AI-Powered Prompts for Paid Search Marketing
The objective of this project is to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools to design and test a paid search strategy targeting K–12 superintendents and directors of transportation in five key states—Ohio, Texas, Massachusetts, Arizona, and North Carolina. The campaign will position Go Together as a modern, safe, and cost-saving alternative to school bus service disruptions, offering families an immediate transportation solution at 50% of the traditional per-student cost. This project will help Go Together reach decision-makers at the moment transportation plans change and ensure districts are aware of a viable solution they can offer families immediately. Learners are expected to design a high-conversion paid search marketing strategy using Sales Navigator audience data and AI-driven ad copy to reach decision-makers at the district level. The goal is to generate qualified leads for Go Together by promoting its carpool platform as a scalable K–12 transportation solution during bus service disruptions. Learners will complete the following tasks: Research the target roles (superintendents and transportation directors) across five states using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Develop and test AI prompts to generate persuasive, keyword-optimized ad copy tailored to decision-makers’ needs and pain points. Identify best practices in paid search campaign strategy, including ad structure, bidding, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. Design a mock paid search campaign including ad sets, keywords, targeting parameters, and expected conversion goals. Analyze data to recommend improvements to messaging, targeting, and campaign structure
