We are looking for ways to provide a better user experience to the website visitors.This project aims to review and recommend the website UI/UX design (including, but not limited to, web page design, navigation menu, CTA, etc.) for a better user experience.

Email Marketing Plan for Artnbuff

The main goal of the project is to kickstart email marketing for Artnbuff Platform by cleaning up, enriching, and segmenting the current email list, obtaining opt-ins from recipients, and planning and designing content for a monthly newsletter.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Email list cleanup and segmentationAnalyzing the current email list. Removing invalid email addressesEnriching with demographic data from internal and external sources. Segmenting the contact list.- Developing a strategy to obtain double opt-ins from the recipients.- Planning and designing content for a monthly newsletter that aligns with the company's mission and vision.

Content Creation for Artnbuff Platform

Artnbuff is an online platform for Artists to Showcase, Sell, and Connect with other Art enthusiasts. The main goal for the project is to design content marketing plan that includes blog posts and newsletters that will appeal to the artnbuff audience. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Analyzing the target market for Artnbuff Platform.- Creating a plan in terms of frequency and topics for blog posts and newsletters.- Designing templates for blog posts and newsletters.- Creating sample blog posts and newsletters that will appeal to the artnbuff audience.

Market Research for Artnbuff Platform

The main goal for the project is to understand the needs of Artists so that Artnbuff Platform can align its product features and marketing to the area where demand already exists. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Conducting interviews and surveys with artists to understand their pain points, preferences, and needs.- Analyzing existing data on artist behavior and preferences on the Artnbuff Platform.- Identifying key features and marketing strategies that will resonate with artists based on the gathered insights.- Define action plan to align the platform and marketing strategies with the identified artist needs.

Social App Design & Implementation

One of our web platform is a community site that allows artists and art lovers to share, socialize and support each other. We would like to make our social web platform available to the members as an iOS and an Android Apps. We would like students to creating a social mobile application with Wordpress/BuddyPress as back-end.

Pricing Structure for Artists on Artnbuff Galleria

The main goal of the project is to recommend a pricing structure for the various levels of membership of Artists on Artnbuff Galleria. This should take into consideration the cost, market pricing, value to the artist, artist's affordability, and the company's goal of connecting Artists with Art Consumers through technology-based platforms.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Analyzing and identifying direct and indirect costsAnalyzing the current market pricing for similar platforms and services.Researching the cost of membership for artists on other platforms.Surveying potential users to understand their affordability and willingness to pay for different membership levels.Developing a pricing structure that aligns with the company's mission and goals.Creating a financial projection for the potential revenue from the new pricing structure.

We have recently launched a multi-vendor eCommerce platform (Artnbuff Bazaar) for Indian Art, Craft, and cultural gifts. Our company offers an online platform (Artnbuff) for artists and artificers to socialize, showcase, and sell online.For this project, we would like students to help us create new graphic design assets and digital content for the Artnbuff platform. This will include:Creating graphic design assets (such as images, flyers, illustrations, animations, infographics, etc.) that can be used for our marketing materials and websites.Create content for our Artnbuff brand, including video, social media, and other collateral we can use as go-to marketing tools.Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences, and other content pieces on topics related to Art and Artnbuff Platform.

The main goal of this project is to review and audit legal documents for Artnbuff platform that includes social and eCommerce websites and mobile apps.Examples: privacy policy, service agreement, terms of service, return and refund policy, MoU agreement etc.These documents need to be reviewed to make sure these meets our business objectives, global compliance laws, industry standards and best practices.

ETL application design and development

We are looking to develop a desktop or web-based ETL application that would extract data from one Wordpress database (preferably using REST API), transform the data as per configurable criteria, and then write it to another Wordpress database. This ETL process then would run either on schedule or triggered by an event. The application will have following functionality.- User interface to identify the records.- User interface to configure transformation rules- Ability to execute ETL process on schedule.

Security & Penetration Testing of Web Application

Our company has multiple Wordpress websites. We are looking to strengthen the cyber security of our websites. We would like the students to 1) Review, Plan and Develop Cybersecurity policies2) Design and perform penetration testing on our web applications.
