No one else on my team to this point has done as well a job in the area of documentation and detailed information to pass onto the next person in the chain as Kaytlin. This skill is rare in coders and extremely valuable. I am more than happy to write her a reference letter and truly hope she stays around. WOW If you need someone who can do GOOD documentation this Lady is the person you MUST chat with. Coding is amazing but one of the hardest things to get in a coder is someone who can do the documentation so the next team coming in can know what is going on.
