I am passionate about solving problems through a combination of research, creativity and collaboration. I use the fundamentals of polymer and nanomaterial science to deliver results that exceed expectations, with a primary focus on innovation and sustainability. Innovation led me to turn my ideas into a startup to pursue my vision of helping society become a better place. All my experience helped me develop a strong background in the flexible biosensors, energy-harvesting, and energy-storing fields. I always tried to be open to teaching any of this knowledge to other science passionate. I always learned in sharing and looking forward to learning further and actively teaching others.

This internship has really helped me in finding new approaches to innovative design and research techniques. I have learned key aspects on how to read and analyze patents and being able to extract important information that could be used for comparison to wearable technology. I have also learned the importance of working in a team environment and being able to solve issues with other members that may be persistent. Issues including emails not being sent on time to not being able to work with others schedules.
