Team feedback
EPIC Team Problem Solution Presentation Evaluation Thank you for submission of your final project presentation. It is clear that you and the team have worked diligently to propose solutions to the problem identified. The presentation is well-done, concise, and on target for the amount of time available for the team effort. The presentation’s content is generalized and will need more detail to become applicable in an industry setting. Of course, this is because these projects were intended to be a generalized introduction to the industries. There were a number of durable skills which were incorporated into the project for teams to develop and experience. Things like working as a team, communication, leadership, collaboration skills, working together to identify roles within the team, coordinating and participating with industry professionals. Even the most basic durable skills like getting along with people, showing up on time, doing what you say you will do, and having integrity were part of this experience. These skills are as critical as the technical skills no matter what field you choose. It is my hope that you will reflect on the importance of the durable skills you all demonstrated in the context of this project. It was most impressive how quickly your team assimilated information and developed ideas around the associated industry. The employers all agreed that the presentations were surprisingly comprehensive and advanced. They overwhelmingly encourage every team member to reach out to them if we can offer assistance in the future. Please use my contact information below to connect. Thank you so much for participating and sharing your journey with us. I look forward to the potential of working together again.
