Would you like to help create educational materials and tools, that inspire, motivate and help people live healthier and happier lives?Researchers will work with the Anahana team to conduct research and/or produce white papers and guides based on the most recent and peer reviewed research from leading institutes and publications. This would include literature reviews, the production of white papers, and/or more simple articles and guides explaining mental health concepts in a more accessible and conversational manner to help reach a broader audience.Example Research Topics:Interventions in proactive mental health education for childrenHow COVID has impacted mental health in different populationsReview recent peer reviewed research on the potential benefits of modalities such as mediation for mental health. Ideal candidates will : Be studying Psychology, Mental Health or other related fieldsHave research and report writing experience Be comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment A background or interest in wellness is a bonus You will be helping build wellness and mental health education in a variety of formats, for different uses based on your area of expertise and areas of interest.

That's why our goal is to meet you wherever you are in your life and to provide the resources, tools, and support to meet your needs.With a focus on mental health, functional movement, and building healthy habits, we help you start with attainable and sustainable lifestyle changes that provide lasting benefits over time.To achieve this goal, Anahana Wellness offers an innovative and inspiring range of education, technologies, and products to help you wherever you are today, tomorrow, and in the future.We can all work together towards a world of wellness for all.Students will have the opportunity to work with and communicate with a diverse team on a daily or weekly basis depending on the project and situation.We use zoom for remote meetings, slack for internal team chat in addition to project management software and Google Suite.We take great pride in providing a fun, supportive, collaborative, and educational environment for all of our student team members.Project ScopeWe would like students to help us with the localization of some of our content from English to one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish) so we are able to reach a larger audience and share our content and tools with the audience from these countries, allowing them to take part in our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:Be able to read/write in their Scandinavian language (Native level) Have an understanding of content creationSEO knowledge with an understanding of the use of keywords Conduct Keyword research in their language using the tool Ahref Be able to spend a minimum of 10 hours per week on the projectThe content would all be focused on health and wellbeing with subjects such as pilates, yoga, meditation, stress management, breathing, hydration, and mindfulness.
