Azwa did great! Very flexible and she know what she was doing. Not only she had many suggestions on how to handle the project but she took it upon herself to do a spreadsheet containing all the info I would need to approve or what not. Her level of initiative was very impressive to me and I totally recommend her on any other project she will apply for.

During her placement at HHH, Azwa has contributed in a wide variety of essential organizational functions including international and national grant research; grant strategic planning and benchmarking; private foundation research; and corporate sponsorship research and lead generation. Throughout this time, Azwa has been engaged, responsive and thoughtful, providing a wide range of valuable suggestions and feedback as well as demonstrating ownership and leadership over her organizational responsibilities. Additionally, she has been excellent at follow-up and patient and proactive throughout a time of growth and transition for the organization. Likewise, Azwa has worked within multiple department and teams and been responsive to rapid pivots in her tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and strong initiative. She has completed all tasks assigned to her in a timely manner and provided deliverables including a comprehensive of 25+ viable grant opportunities and a list of corporate partner leads. She has a great attitude, and it has been a pleasure to work with Azwa and we would wholeheartedly recommend her for future opportunities.
