The main goal for the project is to create a hybrid model AI chatbot and an admin panel for Supper Club YVR, a private dining and catering company. The project aims to enhance customer experience through an intuitive booking process, combining structured decision-making with conversational AI.This is a more detailed process layed out.Step 1: Initial Inquiry- The client visits the website and completes a short inquiry form providing basic event details (e.g., event type, date, number of guests).- Upon submission, an automated email is sent to the client outlining the booking process.Step 2: Menu Selection- The client is presented with two options for menu selection:a. Pre-Set Menus:- Clients can browse through existing menus categorized by style (canapé, family style, tasting menu, buffet) similar to an e-commerce shopping experience.- They can choose a menu directly from these curated options.b. Personalized Menu via Chatbot:- The chatbot engages with the client to collect detailed preferences, such as dietary restrictions and event specifics.- It suggests a custom menu based on the collected information, considering dietary needs (avoidance or accommodation).Step 3: Menu Customization- The suggested menu is interactive, allowing clients to swap dishes. If a beef pasta dish is not suitable, they can click to see other options and select an alternative.- This step includes visual prompts or dropdowns for each dish to facilitate easy modifications.Step 4: Upselling and Add-Ons- Once the menu is tailored to the client's satisfaction, the chatbot presents upselling options such as special dishes, courses, or premium ingredients to complement their selections.Step 5: Additional Services Inquiry- The chatbot then inquires about additional needs:- Rental equipment required for the event.- Beverage services, offering various options from non-alcoholic beverages to premium bar services.- Any other specific requests or services needed for the event.Step 6: Review and Finalization- Clients are shown a summary of their selections, including the customized menu, upselling options chosen, and additional services.- They have the opportunity to review and make any final adjustments before submitting.Step 7: Quote and Confirmation- After the client submits their final selections, the backend system compiles the information into a detailed quote.- The quote is reviewed by your team and then sent to the client for confirmation.Step 8: Booking Confirmation- Once the client approves the quote, they confirm the booking.- The system sends a final confirmation email with all event details, menu selections, and any next steps required from the client.
