To change our vacation dates, my buddies and I went to the Delta Airlines Paris Office. Since we had never changed a ticket before, we were nervous, but the service made it quite easy. They helped us identify other dates that worked better for us and took the time to go over the options. The office itself wasn't too busy and was pleasant. The staff was polite and competent. It was wonderful to talk to real individuals that were interested. I would definitely utilize them again when I fly again because I really appreciate their help.
