A retailer by training, I helped steer Europe's largest shopping mall and instale the 1st IKEA in the North East of England.
I renovated real estate in France, got our 19 Century Orangerie in Normandy into The Michelin Green Guide for country B&B, and opened 2 BoConcept contemporary furniture stores in Dijon.
A move to Montreal led to an awareness of the riches and roadblocks within the restaurant industry - a path that led to Night Picker and our mission - to reduce waste and closures in and around the restaurant industry and promote local trade - by sharing the stories behind our food scenes in bite-sized videos. - Companies
