Iovate – Commited to a higher standard As part of the Human Resources Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for the Human Resources Team. Accountabilities: · Provide administrative support to Human Resources Team · Assist with PowerPoint presentations· Administrative support for recruiting function, i.e. calendar management for interviews, coordinating interview times with candidates · Prepares routine correspondence including letters and announcements for review · Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material · Assists with department invoice processing if necessary · Coordinate and book meetings, prepare meeting minutes and agendas· Filing of confidential employee documents in employee files· Prepare files for offsite storage· Provide support for corporate employee events as required· Assist with other HR-related projects as needed
