Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from the Toronto School of Management to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Students in this program/course… : will examine the challenges facing an organization from a holistic perspective, conduct a needs analysis, diagnose the organizational issues related to internationalization, and make recommendations for implementation. Throughout this experience, they will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of international issues in all functional areas of the internationalization process, and the ability to formulate solutions that meet organizational needs.
