Our company, Funding Essentials, is a boutique business consultancy firm that currently has two websites (WIX and WordPress). We would like them consolidated into one site and then updated appropriately. We perform industry research, competitor analysis, and we write business plans. The primary focus for the student will be: Creating grant funding application packages for Canadian entrepreneurs, start-ups, and not-for-profits/charities.In addition, there will be opportunities along the way to research improvements in our processes, such as:Grant Research: Identify new funding and grant opportunities and write proposals.Business Planning: Develop or refine a business plan for start-up companies.Launch Strategy: Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy for new products or services.Competitor Analysis: Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysisMarketing: Complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); conduct overhaul of our branding or communication strategy.
