Historically, our business has served a wide range of industries and has relied primarily on word of mouth for lead generation. In 2023, we are committed to focusing on our 2 largest verticals: Luxury ecommerce, and nonprofits . With your help, we hope to refine our service offering for nonprofits by learning about their expectations and behaviors. This will involve several different steps for the selected student, including: Researching the target market in Ontario including prospect data such as funding sources, number of employees, mission, and vision. Completing a Market Map to outline potential prospects, strategic partners, content publishers, and competitors. Creating a survey based on the prospect data above to be distributed by our company through customer development interviews.
