Product Launch Strategy

We want to expand our product offering with a new line and need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity?2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically?3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves?4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.

Videographer

Our company wants to explore new ways of sharing our products and services through social media.We would like to collaborate with students to create videos that explain our service. The videos will be displayed on our website and social platforms.

Website UI / UX Design & Prototype

Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users.This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed.Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign.Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available.Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendlyConducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
