Team feedback
It was our pleasure to work with James. He brought a new perspective and potential audience to this project, and has showed real enthusiasm in being involved in the next phase of this project - the data analysis stage! We're excited with the opportunity to work with him on this next phase, as well.

Team feedback
James was extremely enthusiast to do data analysis with our team, and we greatly appreciated his enthusiasm and eagerness. As our team has more expertise in Microsoft Excel and SPSS, and had asked for this skillset in the project description, it had been our hope that all work would have been completed in one of these platforms so that we would be better able to mentor James and to be able to see where/if errors were being generated in the analysis phase. We did not realize at the outset of the project that James would be doing the analysis in Python, which we have no experience with. We tried to figure out some kind of workable solution to this with James along the way, but unfortunately we didn't come to an option that would bridge this gap. Because of this misalignment, unfortunately we will not be able to use the work that James did for this project for our final research. If organizations are looking for someone to work in Python, James will likely be a much better fit for you.
