Volunteer Engagement Enhancement for CHW
Canadian Hadassah-WIZO (CHW) seeks to bolster its volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies to enhance community involvement. The project aims to increase awareness of volunteer opportunities through targeted outreach strategies, such as social media campaigns, email newsletters, and posters. Additionally, the project will focus on improving the recruitment and onboarding process by designing structured onboarding materials, including welcome kits and training resources. To ensure long-term volunteer commitment, the project will develop a retention strategy featuring appreciation events, incentive programs, and ongoing training opportunities. Lastly, a measurement framework will be proposed to track volunteer participation and impact, utilizing tools such as surveys and engagement analytics. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their skills in marketing, human resources, and data analysis to create a comprehensive volunteer engagement strategy for CHW.

Grant Writing
Our organization is interested in addressing societal issues and supporting social causes. We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined. Developing a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying new opportunities for community projects.

Grant Strategy Development for Canadian Hadassah-WIZO
Canadian Hadassah-WIZO (CHW) is seeking to enhance its funding capabilities by identifying new grant opportunities and crafting compelling grant applications. This project aims to provide students with practical experience in nonprofit fundraising, focusing on the development of a strategic approach to grant acquisition. Students will conduct research to identify potential grant sources that align with CHW’s mission and objectives. They will analyze the requirements and criteria of these grants to ensure compatibility with CHW’s goals. The project will also involve drafting sections of grant applications, allowing students to apply their classroom knowledge in writing and strategy development. By the end of the project, students will have contributed to a comprehensive grant strategy that CHW can implement to increase its funding.
