Financial/Accounting Assistance

Positions available: 2 Our team is looking for someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, Xero, Netsuite). We need help catching up on a few tasks and developing processes to make it easier going forward. If you're hard-working and dedicated, we’d love to help you gain some professional experience and grow your skills! We have 2 separate projects and need one student for each: 1- one student for preparing for tax season and a roundup of our accounts for the last year 2- one student for financial analysis of profit and loss for our different products and activities in the last year.

Financial/Accounting Assistance

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Support in finance, account payable and receivables, and invoicing related tasks Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards Compile year-end files for annual return and tax return Support special projects and accounting team

Digital Content Creation

We need 3 students, either individually or as a team. We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We have done an assessment of our current website and social media and have a complete report in hand. We would like you to help us make the necessary changes to our content. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

Sales Forecasting Analysis

This project will involve analyzing organizational assets such as personnel, strategic records, our business plan, and pricing/promotional information. We would like you to construct a sales forecast on our behalf, based on their analysis. We want to construct a sales forecast based on e-commerce sales and retail opportunities.
