We are seeking a motivated Usability Testing Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the user-friendliness and effectiveness of our products through hands-on usability testing. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of usability testing, user research, and product development.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with our usability testing team to plan, design, and execute usability studies.Recruit participants, conduct usability sessions, and analyze user behavior and feedback.Document and report findings, providing actionable insights to improve our products.Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and user-centered design recommendations.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement usability enhancements.Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, or related field.Strong interest in usability testing and user-centered design principles.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

Mobile App UI / UX Design & Prototype

Our company would like to explore designing a prototype for a native mobile application version of our current web based product. We currently have a lot of traffic to our product via the web and we would like to start to attempt to capture some of that user activity via a mobile application. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Identifying key areas of our current product and how they might translate to a mobile application.Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available.Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and AndroidConducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

In this crucial phase, we're bringing on board 2-4 designers.Your task is vital - delve into the requirements and model a prototype. By the project's conclusion, you're expected to craft a prototype. It should lay out a clear, actionable solution for elevating our client's operations, ensuring it makes a significant impact in reducing healthcare financial complexities.
