Major business expansion - New Website Development
Our company makes custom point of purchase displays (the branded shelves your favorite products sit on in stores). We are expanding our business offering to include new materials and advanced manufacturing capabilities. We are also introducing a circular economic model for aspects of the business, where customers can lease technology (in store robots, video screens, holographic displays, etc) without incurring the cost of purchasing the tech themselves. Lastly, we intend to begin offering an e-commerce component of the business in which we will provide stock display options and components for sale on the website. Our current website does none of that, and fails to communicate the depth and breadth of our business. We're very practical and want to find the best emerging talent to tackle this with us. Project scope: We already have a new brand guide, so the work will be focused on adapting that into a beautiful and functional website Each line of business has a different target audience and ideal customer, so we need some creative thinking on the user experience to make sure the right visitors are guided toward the right solutions on our site. Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: At the moment our site is informational, and the call to action is to get in touch with us. We want to add an ecommerce component when we're ready, so bonus points for creating that section of the site but keeping it offline until we're ready to get it going.
New Product Launch - marketing, budget, and ad copy
Flights from Vancouver to Toronto are $300. Flights from Toronto to Fredericton are $600. It's absurd! Our intent is to offer an overnight bus service, starting in Moncton, connecting in Fredericton, and then driving directly to Pearson International Airport. It will cut the cost of flying out of New Brunswick in half. Our first trips will begin in December 2024. This project will put together the go to market strategy across digital and traditional media and propose ad spend in each category and some copy for the campaign.
