ITHive.org Business Owner, Chris Polis, has over 20 Years of IT experience. Chris has a focus on providing proactive management of technology to ensure all tools are fulfilling their responsibilities. My mission is to provide tools, education and make your technology investment a true asset to your organization.

We are currently supporting clients in 3 Canadian Provinces; British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. All our clients pay a small monthly membership fee that allows us to manage three key aspects of their technology; Health, Security, and Data Protection. This allows us to make sure that our customers' technology working efficiently and when issues arise we can resolve the problem when it first occurs to avoid expensive repairs.

Our mission is to communicate the importance of IT services by educating and empowering our customers with knowledge. By keeping your systems healthy, we will ensure that your technology experience is enjoyable.

Digital Marketing Strategy for ITHive.org

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? Additional Information: I want to target social media – Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Focusing on strategic demographics but also more generally as well as I can service any client. Some strategic demographics would be Dental Offices or other IT Support Companies to look to form partnerships. I can work with any client or partner anywhere globally but would have to rely on third parties for onsite work outside of Eastern Ontario. Any contacts developed from the social media campaign will be included in an email campaign to gain further information. Contacts that respond favourably to the email campaign are set up for a one-on-one virtual meeting and possibly onboarded as a client/partner. I will have access to a Marketing Platform and am learning how to use this, so I need content that works and attracts the client to what I have to offer. In summary, here is a list of items that I need a team to work on: 1. Marketing Strategy 2. Marketing Content – specific to the audience. 3. Marketing Content that drives people to be a client.
