Bio

I am a global leadership innovator specializing in leadership and team excellence and an award-winning performance improvement professional with 20 years of experience helping organizations design, develop, deliver and evaluate programs that boost student, employee and management performance, enhance the customer experience, and impact organizational effectiveness. I have received Awards of Excellence from the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) in 2003 and 2011 for Outstanding Instructional Interventions which demonstrated improvements at four levels: reaction to the intervention from participants, learning and confidence, application of the skills and knowledge, and impact to the organization. In 2017, my book received the Award of Excellence in Communication, The Apple in the Orchard: a story about finding the courage to emerge as a leader, endorsed by leadership guru, Ken Blanchard. In the spring of 2018, I received the 2018 Engaged Scholar Award - Faculty from the Office of Community Engagement at Concordia University.

I help Leaders and HR Executives increase leadership effectiveness that grows team trust and collaboration and decreases conflict, turnover and time managing stress. Using proven performance improvement principles and practices, leaders and their teams see a 55% average improvement in their work environment and team communication.

We offer custom strategies that align with your corporate culture and help measure results and value.

Let's work together to:
• IMPROVE the human working environment: increase retention (get them to stay) and increase morale (they want to stay to make a difference).
• FOSTER a workplace where communication is human, clear, respectful, and consistent.
• ASSESS your work environment, celebrate successes, find “small-win” improvements, and focus on getting people to focus on each other and communicate in a way that makes going to work something to look forward to: a place where performance is focused, valued, supported, improved, and recognized!
