Worked on a team in partnership with the AGO to conceptualize a digital gallery experience that implemented a long lasting model of engagement to viewers. Accessibility, socioeconomic, financial, systemic inclusion, access to education etc were all considered. Project was hosted by TMU (previously Ryerson University) and was predominantly via zoom meetings. Case/SWOT analysis' were made, business models drafted, logistics and budget planning all were necessary project components.

Provided administrative support working on RAD's 918 St.Clair project selling predevelopment floor plans. This included speaking to clients on site and on the phone, taking clientele's temperatures following Covid-19 protocols, redirecting traffic of show room, photocopying bank drafts and miscellaneous office work.

Facilitated in tandem with a small team local Indonesian fundraising to: develop strategies to encourage new/increased contributions, establish fundraising goals within specified time periods, monitor budgets, financial reports/data for fundraising organization and develop media marketing strategy and create content to mass distribute on social media channels.

Applied effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and promote long-term loyalty. Developed reputation as an efficient service provider with high levels of accuracy.
