It was such a pleasure to work with KRS Homecare. Raelynn has been very generous of her time creating an introduction video to introduce her business and project to our students. When meeting with the students, she adapted her presentation to make sure the students would understand the context because Ontario’s health system is different than Quebec’s. She has also been very flexible on project deliverables adapting to student’s background. The experience working with KRS Homecare was great!

Although our team did the best to make time and try to keep communications witj KRS, the person reprensring KRS missed out on 6 meetings. Every time we were informed after the meeting time was over which wasted our time and pushed us back in our project. Please be a bit kore professional next time, just because we are students doesnt mean our time isn't valued.
