Empowering Women's Health Through Podcast & Social Media Systems

The primary objective of this project is to develop and implement streamlined, repeatable content systems that support the growth and impact of a women’s health business and podcast . The project focuses on automating and optimizing podcast-related content creation, marketing, and social media engagement to ensure that information about endometriosis, fertility, and reproductive health reaches and supports as many people as possible. By the end of the project, learners will have built a structured content management system that allows for efficient, high-quality, and sustainable execution of podcast-related tasks with minimal ongoing effort. 1️⃣ Podcast Content Repurposing & Automation Develop a system for turning podcast episodes into social media posts, reels, and blog articles . Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and templates for easy content repurposing. Research and implement AI or automation tools (e.g., Otter.ai, Descript, Canva) to streamline content creation. 2️⃣ Podcast Guest Management System Design a workflow for scheduling, onboarding, and following up with guests . Develop email templates for inviting guests, sending pre-show questions, and sharing promotional materials. Set up a centralized guest tracking system (e.g., Airtable, Notion, or Trello) to manage outreach and follow-ups. 3️⃣ Social Media & Newsletter Strategy Develop a social media posting system (e.g., a calendar + templates for IG, FB, and LinkedIn). Create pre-designed templates for captions, hashtags, and content scheduling to ensure consistency. Automate the scheduling of podcast newsletters using platforms like ConvertKit or Mailchimp . 4️⃣ Website & SEO Optimization Audit the website’s blog structure and SEO for better visibility. Create an SEO checklist for future blog posts to improve organic traffic. Develop a workflow to ensure podcast episodes are easily searchable through effective keywords and metadata.
