Growth Strategy Evaluation
We believe that we have an excellent strategy plan for our organization to grow and expand with new customers, but in the past few quarters, we have seen a growing gap between our strategy expectations and the level of execution. We are hoping for some fresh minds to take a look at our situation and make suggestions for improvement. To help us determine a solution for our strategy/execution gap, we expect students will: Research our current strategy. Evaluate our execution. Analyze where we are getting off course. Assess need for capacity and resource expansion. Develop recommendations for improvement. Amplex will provide historical data for existing customers, growth projections for this and next year, and potential new customers' forecasts and launch plans. This will be used for analyzing capacity utilization, determining whether additional resources are required for growth, and what improvements can be made to support company growth.

Amplex Consulting HR project
Our company is looking for a partner for a project determining the balance between full-time and temporary employees given the tightening labor market, business growth and expanding customer base. This would involve cost-benefit analysis as well as capacity planning for our business. Currently our business is estimated to grow at an annual 20% rate. At the end of the project, I would like to receive recommendations on full-time vs temporary labor, how much we can expand without jeopardizing our existing customers, and how to retain best employees for our business.
