Develop AI Workflows for Property Management Maintenance Department
Our maintenance department services over 700 tenants/rental units and utilizes a technology platform to organize all of its maintenance, including a new Workflows feature.We would like your students, within our current software platform, to develop a set of workflows that reacts to specific keywords when the tenants are creating a Maintenance Ticket. For example, if a tenant indicates they have no power, the workflow response will ask the tenant to check their fuse or breaker panel, or if they have a water leak, the workflow response will tell them to turn off the main water supply to that fixture, etc.
