Customer Aquisition Framework
In this project, we hope to gain insight into customer segments and patterns by analyzing market data on buying behaviors. This will help us enhance and refocus our marketing efforts by being able to identify the needs of each segment, reach them most effectively, and address any pain points they face. Students will research customer’s behavior through sales trends of various companies, analyze the data, create predictive models, and provide recommendations for how to move forward. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Analyzing market data to define different segments based on customer needs. Choosing appropriate metrics to examine the data, and analyzing it using data analysis software to identify trends and correlations. Creating predictive models for various outcomes the market may face. Creating a report with all findings from analysis conducted, including recommendations for next steps.
Social Media Presence Building Project for BELCO Design & Construction
The main goal of this project is to hire interns who can assist in building the social media presence of BELCO Design & Real Estate by establishing a campaign, channels, and funnels for client acquisition. The interns will also be responsible for determining the best methods of increasing the number of followers on all major platforms by 10 times in the next year. This will involve several different steps for the interns, including: - Creating a comprehensive and effective social media strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values - Developing a consistent and engaging content creation and distribution plan that attracts and retains the target audience - Formulating a measurable and achievable growth plan that tracks and evaluates the performance and impact of the social media efforts - Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters learning and development for the interns and the company
