Cannibis Project

We are purchasing a Cannabis store, this project involves assessing the value of an established cannabis store by analyzing financials, market conditions, physical assets, legal compliance, brand value, and growth potential to inform purchase decisions and ensure the viability of the investment. We will only be granted access virtually to the financials so a model needs to be created with key financial indicators and question in advance of this meeting.

Sales Intelligence Platform

We need to develop a sales intelligence platform designed to optimize and augment sales processes through detailed market data and analytics. The software would likely include features such as lead generation and target potential clients based on various criteria like industry, company size, and job title.

Accounting Outlook CRM Integration

Currently we use Outlook for our email communication and file storage, QuickBooks(QB) for our accounting needs and HubSpot CRM to track our leads and customer activity i.e. follow-ups calls/emails etc. We need to integrate QB, Outlook and HubSpot CRM so these systems speak to each other. For us, these systems operate independently and our processes are very manual and redundant. Furthermore, with our various products, we repeat the same communication with different clients. That being said we constantly input the same information on multiple platforms by different employees. Client information is not shared between platforms and require different employees to waste time seeking information in either outlook drive, QB or HubSpot. Also we would like to automate communication with clients under different circumstances. We spend too much time communicating with clients via email, to gather certain information to complete our work. We would like to automate as much as possible.

Financial Consultant

Sovereign Consulting is seeking Bookkeepers who are proficient in QBO (but we are happy to train). Many of our clients come to us with either no set of accounting books or books that are in dire conditions and our responsibility is to get their books in good condition to prepared for financial audits or literacy. As a Bookkeeper, you will work on providing a positive experience for our clients, while conducting conference calls and/or gathering all necessary information to complete your work in a timely manner.
