Event Planning and Management

The main goal for this project is to setup successful Afrifursa in-person/hybrid and virtual events including our flagship Afrifursa Fintech Summit, smaller virtual seminars and trade missions. The Afrifursa Fintech Summit is a unique platform that brings together Canadian and African fintech ecosystems for mutual benefit. This year (2022) our virtual event drew over 500 attendees from over 40 countries; for our next summit we will be hosting a hybrid experience. We're an organization that is focused on bringing together diverse stakeholders for equitable exchange; we’re building shared value between Canadian and African stakeholders to achieve a more just and sustainable future.
