Bow Valley College offers a program known as the Corporate Readiness Training Program (CRTP). The objective of our program is to assist professionally trained immigrants with Canadian workplace culture skills, making their technical skills more marketable. Our program is 16 weeks long. 8 weeks in the classroom and 8 weeks of unpaid work experience (our participants are government funded).A student will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the placement/project period. Students are available for a term project of a minimum of 240 hours (up to 320 hours) to be completed from June 29 to August 21, 2020.Bow Valley College students have the skills to strategize, think creatively and make recommendations to support your company’s growth and have previous professional experience in HR role
