We use an app to connect with our customers so that our customers can view important information such as; when their previous oil change was and when the next one is due. Our aim is to make it compatible with more devices.We would like to collaborate with students to create a ported version of our app in a new technology, so more users can access our services.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services.Familiarizing themselves with the features we would like to re-implement in the adapted version.Recreating features for our ported version.Recommending ways to minimize the challenges of app porting.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing the new app.

We have developed a set of marketing strategies, but it has been challenging to implement them.We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc.Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic.Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.

We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers.We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
