The main goal for the project is to review and audit the current website content of Blue Bamboo Strategies and suggest revisions that will attract new clients. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Analyzing the current website content and identifying areas for improvement.- Researching the target audience and understanding their needs and preferences.- Suggesting revisions to the website content to make it more appealing to potential clients.- Developing a content strategy to attract new clients and improve user engagement that may include a blog.

Business & Entrepreneurial Challenge

I am a small business owner looking for some innovative and creative ideas to help my business grow. As a boutique marketing consultancy, we focus on local businesses that need help growing. The challenge I have faced is that I am having trouble scaling my business because of the onboarding time and hand-holding needed with my existing clients. This means I don't have much time left to grow my own businesses (i.e: finding and onboarding new clients and marketing my business).I also outsource much of the digital marketing fulfillment for my clients (SEO, Web design/dev, Social Media, Paid advertising, etc), which means managing those resources on top of client management.I'm seeking ideas to help me grow and potentially recommend/develop better systems to allow me to scale my business - whether that is sales/marketing strategy, improved sales process, qualified lead generation, onboarding and client management efficiency recommendations, etc. I am open to any suggestions!

Mobile App Development

My client is a real estate agency that specializes in helping people build an investment property portfolio that generates positive ROI through passive income.We would like to collaborate with students to develop a mobile app that investors can use to calculate ROI for properties that they are considering buying. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our current ROI calculator (in excel).Identifying potential for integrating property tax millages from county databasesRequirements definitionFormal specification (as applicable)Outline architectural designDesign specificationProject plan and schedulingRecommending areas for future app improvement.

Podcast Production

Since podcasts are becoming an increasingly popular content medium that helps establish leadership and expertise in a given field, my client is a triple board certified Functional Medicine Physician (elevatehealthgp.com) who hopes to capitalize on this by creating our own. In this project, students will collaborate with us to take advantage of trending media and create a season of our own podcast. We would like students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series based on our company’s niche to resonate with our target audience.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Collaborating with the project manager to form a name and a theme for the podcast, and a topic for each episode.Script various components of each podcast episode such as the introduction, welcome, call to action, and outro.Create cover art for the podcast.Research and plan what will be discussed on an episode-by-episode basis.Record and edit each episode.Facilitating special guest appearances in one or more episodes.
