Professional Advisory Services for Professional Immigrant Women

The main goal of this project is to create a business plan for Yes2Amazing, a company that provides professional advisory services to professional immigrant women to help them identify, strategize, and action solutions to the barriers they face in progressing in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching the current market and identifying potential customers.- Developing a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company’s services, pricing structure, and marketing strategy.- Developing a budget and financial projections for the first three years of operations.- Developing a customer service plan to ensure customer satisfaction.- Researching and developing a strategy to ensure the company’s sustainability.

Digital Content Creation

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness.
