In our recent project, we had mixed results of team performance. Lesley did an outstanding job, communicating effectively and executing her tasks with great efficiency. Her contributions were crucial to the project's progress and were greatly valued. On the other hand, we faced some challenges with Stanley, whose communication was lacking, which led to a misalignment with his completion of project's requirements.

Stanley came to me and stated he would not be able to complete the project on time. I then arranged to have the project deadline extended by a bit more than a month. A couple weeks into the extension, he again stated he would not be able to finish. Therefore this is an incomplete version of his feedback.
