Being a team member with Empress Aminia was not only an amazing opportunity for professional development but also personal development. Monica acted as a mentor in many facets. She provided clearly outlined goals and the steps that are needed in order to achieve them, while also making the space for workers to contribute their thoughts, feelings, and ideas regarding the project. She allowed me to really recognize my true strengths and capabilities, and further, apply them to Empress Aminia through design and other tasks. Empress Aminia is an extremely empowering and rewarding work environment that I feel lucky to have been a part of.
