Our company advertises several products online. We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers.We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Shopify, and WordPress.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Digital Content Creation

We need 3 students, either individually or as a team. We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We have done an assessment of our current website and social media and have a complete report in hand. We would like you to help us make the necessary changes to our content. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topicsAssist with a social media video launch to promote our organizationEvaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sectorIdentify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our storyUltimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

Financial/Accounting Assistance

Positions available: 2Our team is looking for someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, Xero, Netsuite). We need help catching up on a few tasks and developing processes to make it easier going forward. If you're hard-working and dedicated, we’d love to help you gain some professional experience and grow your skills!We have a project to review our current financial accounts and cash flow and need one student who is familiar with Quickbooks online as well as cash flow forecasting.
