Health Promotion Campaign Plan

Our organization wants to further our efforts to increase awareness about a particular health topic. We would like to work with students to develop a campaign that successfully raises awareness and changes behaviour around this health topic in a certain population. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this health topic. Identify groups which this campaign will target.Identify ideal outcomes and KPIs.Design leaflets, posters, videos, and/or brochures.

Online Store Website Design

We would like to create an online based ordering service from our website. We want to make it look elegant and fancy. This must be done by research and must have easy access for customers.

Policy Implication Study

We are planning to implement a policy and before we do, we would like to understand the expected implications of such a policy within this population. We would like the help of students ensure that his policy will be effective for achieving our goals. Students should expect to complete the following scope:Identify similar policies that have been implemented in other populations.Identify similar populations for comparison.Conduct interviews with people in the affected or comparable population for feedback.

Market Expansion Research

As a company, we currently exist in one market, but we believe we are ready to take our business to the next level and expand our scope of locations. With your help, we hope to assess our customer landscape beyond the demographics we currently cater to by learning about their expectations and behaviors. Currently our market is the youth, we want to expand our readership to the other age groups. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching the target market in potential new locations including demographic data such as spending power, proximity, accessibility, and location appeal, and creating a weighted decision matrix to assign importance to each factor.Creating a survey based on the location and demographic information above to be distributed by our company.Analyzing survey data using the weighted decision matrix to decide on the best location options for us to expand to.Compiling a report including the location analysis, and optimal location recommendations.

Website UI / UX Design & Prototype

Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users.This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed.Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign.Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available.Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendlyConducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

Blogging

.We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services.Recommending topics for our blog posts.Drafting blog posts relevant to our business.Revising blog posts based on feedback.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending ways to market our blog.

Digital Marketing

We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc.Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic.Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.

Investment Raising Plan

To direct our future activities, we are in need of investor support.We would like to collaborate with students to develop a capital raising plan that meets our goals.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our values, products and services.Defining goals for the investment raising plan.Conducting research on potential investors for our company.Creating investment materials such as presentations and templates for our financials and forecasts.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending improvements or changes for future investment materials.

Simulation Research

Our company would like to research more into company simulations and real life simulations in the business world.We would like to collaborate with students to conduct our simulations.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our research project and objectives.Familiarizing themselves with our simulation and modelling.Running simulations and comparing results to experimental data.Tuning simulation parameters to better match experimental conditions.Reporting the results of simulations.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Researching other simulations and models to compare our simulation against.
